When does billing start?
Pharmacy and clinic plans begin with a seven-day trial after your facility has been approved. Hospital deployments are scoped with our team before billing begins.
Can a clinic use the same plans as a pharmacy?
Yes. Basic and Pro are designed for pharmacy-led and outpatient clinic operations. Your facility type determines the workflows enabled in your workspace.
Why are hospital prices shown as 'from'?
Hospitals vary in the services they operate, including outpatient care, inpatient wards, billing, payers and dispensing. We confirm the right scope before starting implementation.
How do I pay?
Approved pharmacy and clinic workspaces can manage subscriptions and make M-Pesa payments through DawaSmart. Our team will guide hospital billing during setup.
